- Want to avoid the mess and inconvenience of topicals. Comfortis™ is a palatable, chewable tablet. There are no messy applicators or staining of carpet and furniture. Comfortis™ can’t be rubbed or shaken off.
- Have children or other pets in the household? With Comfortis™, children can immediately touch the dog after treatment—no need to separate pets from children and no transfer of product to other pets by contact.
- Have dogs with flea allergy dermatitis (FAD)? Dogs with signs of flea allergy dermatitis (FAD) showed improvement in erythema, papules, scaling, alopecia, dermatitis/pyodermatitis and pruritus as a direct result of eliminating fleas.
- Have dogs receiving topical therapy? Comfortis™ is orally administered and allows use with topical dermatological therapy. Comfortis™ chewable tablets may be offered in food or administered like other tablet medications and should be given with food for maximum effectiveness.
